Hello Dolly’s (Jane’s Fix)

Before I left for college, my mom taught me a recipe she promised I could use anytime I needed to impress a crowd. 2 words. Hello Dollys.

My mom is an incredible cook, so she could have taught me a hundred different things. Instead, she gave me the one dessert that takes approximately two minutes to throw together and is basically impossible to screw up.

We actually timed ourselves making them once. Under two minutes.

You dump everything into a pan, bake it, and somehow end up with this gooey, chocolatey, coconutty masterpiece that people go CRAZY for. Here’s a downloadable version!

This recipe checks every box for me: fast, easy, almost no cleanup, and freaking incredible.

Thank you, Mom, for preparing me for adulthood.
